Apple is suing HTC over supposed iphone patent violations. HTC is the manufacturer of the Nexus One. The company says the heard of the lawsuits from the media, and they are surprised that apple wouldbe suing them over such a thing. Steve Jobs responded by saying that they had a right to not just sit and watch as people steal their inventions.
