Gwen Stefnau and Courtney Love are suing Activision,the maker of Guitar Hero, for some miscommunication over their characters, or husband's characters. The characters of both Kurt Cobain and Gwen Stefani are not only available to be played ofr their own songs, but for other songs on the game as well. This has infuriated Stefani and Love alike, and subsequently, they are suing. Activision however has filed a countersuit claiming that both of the artists knew this, and for them skipping out on contractually obligated promotions.
